The Prestige Caravan Cover features a triple layer of breathable UV stabilised, waterproof fabric which covers the entire roof area of the van. The side panels are constructed from a water-resistant polypropylene which is naturally moisture resistant so it won’t shrink or stretch. The material’s breathability allows any wetness and condensation to quickly evaporate and avoids heat build up between the cover and the van. Its lightweight construction makes it easy to fit and it won’t scratch or dull the van’s finish. It includes an elasticised hem with reinforced material around the base which helps avoid damage caused by sharp or protruding edges. Reinforced corners and double stitched seams have also been added to ensure durability. The cover is secured with front & rear dual clip nylon straps.

What is the life expectancy of a cover?

It depends greatly on where the cover will be used and how much ultraviolet (UV) exposure the cover will receive. Exposure to the following elements such as rain, pollution, wind, salt air, dust and other contaminants can also affect life expectancy. The cover has been treated with a UV stabilizer and tested to meet International Standard ISO 527-3. The material’s life expectancy will range between 24 to 48 months when subjected to an average UV exposure index of 8 to 9. As no two locations are the same, resistance to UV damage & weather exposure will vary. These covers are a cost effective alternative compared to off-site undercover storage or the expense of erecting a carport or shed.

Cleaning

We recommend that the cover be cleaned periodically using water only and then air dried. We do not recommend the use of detergents as this may damage the cover.

Mostof my items are sent via Australia Post - If you are not available to accept delivery, the driver will leave a card at your premises and your order will be taken to the nearest Australia Post Centre to await your collection.

**Oversize Items**where the item is oversized at the time of dispatch the item will be sent via Courier – PO Box details will not be acceptable.

If you provide an Authority to leave the goods unattended, AutoStore4U, Australia Post nor the courier can be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your item once delivered.

AutoStore4U will not be held liable for lost or damaged freight.

Exchange/Refunds and Returns

To facilitate the investigation of any claim, please message me through the message system and provide the following detail:-

§A detailed description of the fault:

§Photos showing the fault

§Photo of the vehicle’s Identification plate.

AutoStore4U is not required to provide a refund or exchange unless the‘YOU’the cuser complies with the previous sub-paragraph, because in the absence of this detail, AutoStore4U is unable to investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

Q. What if I change my mind?

IfYOU(the buyer) requests an exchange or refund, the item(s) associatedshipping costs (to you) and return or redirection costs associated with the goods are not refundable and are able by ‘YOU’.

All exchange or refunds will be honoured once the item(s) is received back in original (unopened/unused) condition with all accessories within 7 days (from original despatch date).

If an item is returned and is found not in re-saleable condition AutoStore4U (at its discretion) reserves the right to refund only 50% or less of the product price paid.
